What insurance does Mari-Carmen Fitness have? 

I have full insurance with ‘Insure for sport’. This is public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance. 


Are your qualifications approved? 

Yes. I did all my professional training with and are all recognised by REPS 


What is required from me before commencing training? 

I meet with all my clients before commencing any personal training programme in order to complete a health questionnaire which discusses previous medical history, current medical problems if any. Current health and fitness habits. The health questionnaire enables me to gain a insight into your current health and fitness status in order to devise an appropriate programme. Furthermore, we discuss your goals. 


What forms are needed to be completed before training? 

A physical activity readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q) and informed consent form need to be completed prior to training with me for insurance purposes. 


Where is my information stored?

All of my clients information is confidential and no information is shared. 


Is there a cancellation policy?

If clients cancel a personal training session with less than 24 hours notice then they are required to pay for the missed session. In the same instance if clients have pre paid a block booking of sessions then they will lose the session.
