What insurance does maricarmenfitness hold?

We have full insurance with ‘Insure for sport’. This is public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance. 

 

Are your qualifications approved? 

Yes, all qualifications are approved and recognised by REPS.  

 

What is required from me before commencing training? 

We meet with all our clients before commencing any personal training programme in order to complete a health questionnaire which discusses previous medical history, current medical problems if any. Current health and fitness habits. The health questionnaire enables us to gain a insight into your current health and fitness status in order to devise an appropriate programme. Furthermore, we discuss your goals. 

 

What forms are needed to be completed before training? 

A physical activity readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q) and informed consent form need to be completed prior to any training.

 

Where is my information stored?

All of my clients information is confidential and no information is shared. See our privacy policy.

 

Is there a cancellation policy?

If clients cancel a personal training session with less than 24 hours notice then they are required to pay for the missed session. In the same instance if clients have pre paid a block booking of sessions then they will lose the session.
