  • Each month you will be given 30 new recipes to enjoy, all family-friendly and easy. Learn how to fuel your body the right way, with no restrictions or fad diets.

  • Bi-monthly check-ins. You will be asked to check in every other week by completing a comprehensive questionnaire. This will help Mari-Carme make any necessary changes to your program to ensure you are on track to completing your goals.
